Karen was our agent could not be happier
Np Dodge made my experience amazing
Kristen Sterns was recommended to us. She spoke very highly of herself and got us to trust her. She was wonderful until we made an offer. She left for vacation stating we couldnt get ahold of her until she got back, had my husband contact the title company and do the drop offs, had me call to set up our home inspection. She would tell the sellers information that we didnt agree too. She put me on automatic voicemail so the only way I could reach her was through email. She would ignore my questions for several days. She never showed up to any of our walk throughs or face to face meetings. She never even seen our house. Our final walkthrough she had someone else show up and didnt even tell my husband and I that she wasnt going to be there. We were so miserable that we were about to walk away from our dream home because of everything she had put us through. She claimed she was so sick and that was why she couldnt return my messages but she was never too sick to take the money from the buying of our new home. Please dont waste your time with her.
Working with the Justin Pogge team, specifically Joel Dizona, made purchasing my first home a breeze. Joel was friendly and easy to talk to, helping me go from 0 knowledge of the real estate business to a successful homeowner like it was nothing. He was there to help show houses, answer questions, and work with the bank and seller agents on my behalf at the drop of a hat. I can't recommend him enough. Thanks Joel!
My agent was amazing, but the way this office treats their employees is an absolute disgrace. Literally stealing her commission due to this offices mistakes and unwilling to do the right thing. ***Warning*** this office is morally corrupt!!!
We had bought a home from an agent in Fremont and closed at this office. She was a great negotiator, however it stopped there. If you want to be lied to, manipulated and left to fend for yourself, choose an agent from NP Dodge. We used our agent's roofing contractor to replace a new roof on our home prior to closing. We did this because we trusted her and she assured us he was a friend of hers and had done great work previously. She gave great reviews of past projects that he was associated with. We now question if any of these projects were real. It is now nine months later and we have had issues with our roof. Per our roofing contract, we have a three-year warranty that we can not use because we can not get hold of the roofing company or the contractor. More research on our end shows no information about the roofers work. His office is a family members home address and he now cannot be reached. We went through all of our paperwork from him and found out he was bidding different bids to the sellers, buyers and insurance company. We have kept a copy of these fraudulent contracts as proof. We were taken advantage of. I was advised by another NP Dodge office to contact our agent's boss. We did so and she referred us back to our agent. I then contacted the Vice President of business operations with a promise of a return phone call the next day that never occurred. I explained the situation to her. Her response was basically, roofing contractors are not always dependable. What I don't understand is the lack of accountability NP Dodge employees have. The only connection between our roofing contractor and us is OUR AGENT and now NP Dodge is wiping their hands from this. We had to pay out of pocket for the issues on our roof that should have been covered under our warranty. We also suffered damage in our basement due to our new roof. This has been a nightmare and no one can seem to help us with this issue. So... if you want poor customer service and a feeling that you were taken advantage of after closing please choose NP dodge otherwise we would recommend another real estate company.
Chris O'Brian was extremely professional and great to work with.
