My husband and I have worked with a lot of realtors throughout the years and Dave and his team are without a doubt the best team we have ever worked with. Dave always returned our calls. His knowledge of the real estate market and all the details involved in a contract is second to none. We will recommend Dave and his team to anyone who is looking for an exceptional team.

David Earls from the Dave Team is a liar, pushy, and a know it all. He lied to me on more than one occasion. For example, he insisted that I go in debt nearly $10,000 for upgrades on a house he tried to sell for me in 2020. He promised that I would NOT have to pay the contractors until after the home sold, but he lied. After a few months and the home hadn’t sold yet he told me I had to pay the contractors, or they would place property liens on the home. David Earls was pushy because he continued to ask that a potential buyer work on the home to remove drywall and ceiling tile before closing. I reluctantly agreed but it was a mistake because the buyer was turned down for the home purchase and he left a huge mess, unfinished job, filthy carpet, and debris that had to be hauled away. David Ears has a know- it- all attitude because he thinks he knows more that experienced plumbers and contractors. For example, the home had a well water system and the pressure was low. I told him the pressure storage tank was defective and need to be replaced, but he insisted that the well pump was bad. To replace the pump would cost over $3,000. Compared to $140 for a pressure tank. The plumber contractor replaced the bad tank, problem solved, and David was wrong. Another example of David’s know- it- all attitude was when a potential buyer wanted me to come down on the price of the home by insisting the septic tank and all lateral lines were bad and need to be replaced. I told David there has never been a problem with the sewer system and the buyer was falsely saying that to reduce the price. David agreed with the buyer and insisted I reduce the price of the home to accommodate the buyer. The experience working with David Earls from the Dave Team was a nightmare, and I would never ask him to sell a property for me again. I hope this testimony puts light on Mr. Earls poor realtor practices so other people will not experience the same stress and loss of money.

My wife and I just rented a townhouse from this company. Let me start by saying, the AMAZING customer service you receive is not because it's their job, it is because they are genuinely good hearted people. Everything was quick, painless and very easy to complete (from viewing, to application to lease to keys took approximately 1.5 hours total). While I can't speak for all owners, I can speak for the owner of our rental. My wife and I have three dogs that needed the owners approval. When the office tried to contact him, he was always available to answer. More importantly, he trusts the property management team to make decisions on his behalf (in 15 years of moving for the military, 5 states and 6 rental companies, this the first time I have experienced such a high level of trust between owner and PM).
