If you are a military member, require virtual viewing, require responsive assistance, require recommendations, or do not like to blindly pay asking price, I do not recommend this real estate company. I recommend Coldwell Banker or Remax, and the Louisville Remax office will cover this area. Summary: Hired a realtor from this office. Days went by, no MLS recommendations. I then started sending the agent Zillow links, and I received no property recommendations at all from my realtor. Who was more interested in knowing when I would be in the area, how I felt about offering at asking price, and my budget, rather than doing the virtual tours. Even after explaining I have already purchased three homes from virtual tours. Anytime I wanted a virtual tour from the original agent, I was put off, or asked to wait on the seller's agent to post a video. Eventually this changed, because the realtor in question went on vacation and the replacement one was amazing. The replacement realtor put in the offers I asked in a timely manner, and executed virtual tours. When the original returned I asked to keep the new realtor, but the original realtor was attending all the virtual tours in addition to the new realtor thereafter. After two joint virtual tours, I asked for a phone call from the new realtor to discuss a property we were negotiating and the most recent one we saw to bounce ideas off of them. The phone call never came. The next day I tried contacting again, nothing. I then reached out to the original realtor as they did the virtual showing jointly, but still no response. I was ghosted by the realtors for approximately 24 hours. Then I received an email from the original realtor where they outlined they had discussed the situation with the amazing realtor and that together they decided they were not a good fit. This happened while I wanted to continue negotiation on a property, or submit an offer on a new property, but needed their input. The realtor could have released me to the new realtor in her office, but instead I had to get a new one outside of the office. Highly unprofessional to a client. I have worked with eight realtors in my life, and the previous have all been from professional associate's recommendations, Coldwell Banker, or Remax. They have all been professional, attentive, and amazing. This was the first time working outside of these companies or from a professional associate's recommendation, and I regret every wasted minute.
