Realty Advanced is by far the best real estate agency I’ve ever dealt with. Larry sold our house for $15k over asking price in 2 days and immediately notified us when any new houses hit the market in our area until found one to purchase. We live in a hot area and you’ve gotta be fast. The house we purchased was only on the market for 4 hours when we made our offer at 8pm. I’ve never met any other realtor that would wrap up a dinner date early to show us a house.
