I highly recommend using Veronica as a buyers agent. She was very helpful in trying to find houses within our small budget. Even though she didn’t live in the area, she shown us several houses in the Campbellsville area and didn’t complain at all. She definitely doesn’t discriminate when it comes to small budgets or big budgets. We found the house we wanted in May and she was very quick to write up a contract for us. She made sure that what we wanted fixed was in the contract and gave pointers on what probably needed fixed for our specific loan. Very very helpful for first time home buyers. The sellers accepted our offer the very next day and Veronica was very quick to get the next steps started and walk us through everything that needed to be done before closing. Long story short, our lender had issues with the way the property was titled so we had to switch lenders right when we were scheduled to close. She was there for us the entire way and listened to our vents about the whole ordeal. She was reassuring the listing agent through the process in order to keep the sellers from backing out. We eventually closed with the new lender at the end of August. She really became a friend in the past few months. She really cares about her clients and goes above and beyond in order to make sure you get the house you want. Definitely the best realtor around.

Veronica was excellent!! She helped me sell my home when I relocated to Ga. She handled everything from setting up the repairs to doing some updates to the interior of my home. Everything was done via docu sign and zoom. Would highly recommend to everyone especially military!!
