I used Network Realty for approximately four years for a rental property. Outstanding service on every level. Would highly recommend them, and would still be using them had I not sold the house.

Inquired about a property with them when it first posted. Said they would get back with me on if they allowed pets or not. Within 3 days I called them back 5-6 times, getting a voicemail everytime (left multiple voicemails with no call back). Called again to FINALLY reach someone and that house had 3 pending applications. Very disappointed, I was really interested and had cash in hand.

Kayla, I apologize that you did not receive a response as quickly as you needed. I will follow up with the staff, but many times we are trying to call everyone back, and with the low inventory I know it leads to frustration. We do all we can to return calls in a timely manner.

Very unprofessional and not responsive at all!! Big thumbs down! I absolutely would NOT recommend renting from this company. I rented from this company for 1 year and 6 months, even putting up a double security deposit which mind you, I never had to do before prior to renting from this company so that was strange from the beginning. Ive now been moved out of the home over a month now and there has been very little to no communication about receiving my deposit back. I am having to send several text multiple different days before I can even get a simple vague response from them. I was aware I wouldn't receive all of the deposit back, but putting down a double deposit I should be receiving quite a lot back. The carpets just needed professionally cleaned and also flea treatment per the lease, which I agreed to. This however would still leave a rather large amount of my deposit that I should receive back. To top it off, I felt very rushed during the move out process by the company even having them suggest I move out BEFORE my actual move out date because they had someone already interested in the home. Because I felt rushed I did not have time to have those 2 professional things done prior to move out, BUT was quoted for a price on both as I did not want to be taken advantage of after move out which I sadly believe is being done at this point. Now, here we are well passed the allotted time required to receive back the deposit and the company is being very unresponsive, sometimes going days before I can even get a simple and vague response which is very unprofessional, not to mention grasping as straws to keep as much of my money as they can during this entire process. Please save yourself and your family the hassle of dealing with this and go through another realtor company. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Finally got an update on my deposit after having to text and call for over 2 weeks. They made up every excuse to keep almost all of my 2800 deposit, even making me pay for things that were wrong with the house PRIOR to me moving in. Charging for unnecessary things and STILL no phone call or text replies back. Doing further research and speaking to other past tenants they have had the same exact complaints. Save yourself the trouble, avoid this place like the plague.

Brittany, I just saw your review and have done some research into your moveout. First I am not sure why you did not reach out to me or the Principal Broker to discuss any concern. What I noticed was that there were some reasons why a double deposit was required to rent to you, and that this was explained before you chose to rent. Also, it was indicated prior to moving in that there is a move in sheet that indicates any and all issues with the home prior to you moving in. At move out, it was discovered that there were some deficincies, some of which could have been charged higher, but we tried to return as much as we could. For example, if a home has not been cleaned as indicated on the move out sheet, it states that the tenant could be charged a flat fee of $500. Along, with that fee there were some items damaged, including a broken bracket on the garage sensor that was charged to you, as well as a trash pick up fee that was not paid since you moved in as well as other items. There were other items that were itemized and you received a statement showing what you were charged and why. I have spoken to the staff and have read the email string betwen them and you as they tried to explain the charges. As always you can reach out to me to discuss your concerns.

Rented a property and it was "lived in" upon moving in. The walls were not freshly painted, it actually looked like someone had used the fire place without the flu open and it had stained the walls with soot. They we're streaky like someone tried to wipe them with a wet rag before we moved in. Our rent was $1,100 and we paid faithfully every month for 2 years. When we moved out I paid a cleaning service for help with the move out check list. Our deposit was also $1,100 and we had to do a walk through with someone from the rental office before handing over the keys and leaving. She said everything looked good and that we should get back at least $700 of our $1,100. A month later they sent a check for $190!!! I was furious to say the least and had to go out of town so did not have time to argue with these people over my deposit. This place will rob you blind when it comes to your deposit!

Steve I apologize that you disagreed with the repairs but our employees are taught not to suggest an amount of deposit return at move out as they don’t know the repair cost. When you received the deposit back you rd dived a detailed explanation of the charges. If you disagreed you could have called to discuss them. You receive the copy of the move in and a copy of the move out as well.

From day one when I contacted this company about a potential rental, I have been impressed! I've worked with Miranda, Andrea, Melanie, Toshi, and Allen in maintenance, they're all wonderful! They are very quick to respond to emails and address concerns. Everybody has been polite, professional, and all around just awesome. I submitted a maintenance request and within an hour I had a technician call saying they were on their way, and it wasn't even an emergency request. We move every two year so I consider myself to be a "professional renter" and I have never worked with such a great property management company that is so attentive to renter's needs. I just can't say enough wonderful things about this company!
