Our experience with Johnny Melloan was not a good one. He didn't ensure that the list we left for the sellers was complete (nothing ended up being done on it). Melloan over-priced the house and didn't make the appropriate changes when we received the survey and appraisal. He promised to have one issue fixed, but wasn't going to honor that until I sent him paperwork of his promise. I wanted to look in a different community before making an offer, he manipulated the situation so we bought in the community he geared us toward. It was not a positive experience.
