Kimberly Clark and Broker Jeffery Livingston weren’t supportive and negligent important information such as the 10 -day period of inspection contingency. On 4/21/2023 I visited 609 Foxfire Rd., Elizabethtown, KY with Kimberly Clark. We looked at the house and it seemed to be a decent house; I made an offer with the 10-day inspection contingency. Inspector Crepps had a very busy schedule, and his first opening was on the 10th day of the contract. Kimberly Clark agreed with the inspection timing, she was also aware that creating the report could take up to 3 days. Kimberly has a certified real state license and has enough experience to know that 1 of 2 things needed to happen in this situation. Either to cancel or extend the inspection contingency. I trusted her and did everything she asked. While we were waiting for the report of inspector Crepps, Kimberly brought the old existing inspection report for review. I learned about the huge water issue and termite damage. These issues severely changed my mind about purchasing the house. Therefore, I requested Kimberly to release the contract. She then confirmed the contract will be released with no issues and we can move on to viewing other houses. We started with Kimberly Clark to look at other houses, and I even put in an offer on the house Oak Meadow Dr., Elizabethtown, KY and not knowing that the previous agreement is still open, I have received a letter from the seller attorney. I have no personal problems with these people, but professionally speaking, they did a terrible job and put me in a very unfortunate situation - having to take money out of my pocket to hire an attorney to help with their mistakes, instead of them being responsible for their own negligee.
I don't really have any first hand knowledge of this company, because we simply looked at one of the houses that they have in Brandenburg, KY. Their website is set up very nicely for checking out the homes they have on the market.
Jeff was my Real Estate Agent when I bought my last house. He is definitely my first choice when I buy my next one. A very knowledgeable and down to earth person.
Jeff was not the first realtor I spoke with when I moved to Kentucky. He is however the realtor I chose to work with. I felt comfortable with him. He is extremity personable and professional. He listened to what I was looking for in a home and a community. Jeff worked with me on my schedule even though it meant later evenings than normal. I would absolutely recommend Jeff to anyone I know that is looking for a home. I would give home a sixth star if I could.
