Very pleased with their service. They gave us a fair price for the condition the house was in and stuck it out through the closing when we had to wait a long time for paperwork from the state.

I was unexpectedly left with the responsibility to sell my uncle's house after he passed. The mortgage company was a nightmare. I worked with Brian on the sale. Everyone through the process, though, was very patient, accommodating to my busy work schedule, and sending me text updates, as we awaited the mortgage payoff. Would recommend

This company is amazing! I was on the fence on whether I should sell my house or rent it out. When I met with Brian and his team, they talked to me about all of my options and convinced me to keep my house and rent it out for extra income.
