Great company to do business with, especially if no one else willing to finance your mortgage. Contract for deed options. Willing to work with you even if hard times. Downfall, you will pay a higher interest rate, but where don't you when you have less than perfect credit...
Be aware this company is misleading. Tell you about a property. Then pressure you into a contract. Then make a mistake selling you the wrong property. Then mislead you. Then lie. The 5 dollar parking should be a warning. I'm still fighting with my bank on fraud. Then they will lie through there teeth. This place needs to be shut down. The will even take advantage of handicap people. And continue to lie. I got the papers to back it.example Grayson county. Newton lane listed and lot 2 but it is actually lot 3. Then will lie to you. On the phone. And steal your money you put down. Even from someone handicap Stay away from this company..

Website is not easy to navigate and not many listings shown on site but when I phoned the office they informed me of a lot of properties they had for sale and rent.
This place has been amazing. Great people to do business with! Im so thankful I bought my farm from these people!!
