Jason was great as he has been before. He is attentive, detail-oriented, responsive at a wide variety of times and made the sale of our land pretty much a bunch of e-signatures and less than an hour at a bank. This particular sale involved some complex circumstances and considerations and at each turn, he devoted the time to ensure he understood all the aspects, checked in with me when he needed my clarification and proffered excellent guidance and counsel which definitely contributed to a highly successful experience.

I bought a property remotely through Joshua Billings. He went above and beyond to make sure all my contingencies were met. Jason and Joshua gave me great references to make this process smoother. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I am saying this because I tried to have 3 other realtors assist me before I found Joshua. I’ll be using him again with further purchases.
