We closed on our house 23 days after we got an accepted offer. Adam and his team worked seamlessly and diligently to get us in our new house as quick as possible. The entire process was easy and I am so thankful for the Karcz Lending Team!
Adam and his team are great to work with. We were seeking an unconventional loan as we are self employed. Adam took us down a route with an unconventional lender he has not worked with before and was able to get the deal done even when we weren’t sure it was possible. At times it “felt” like we were waiting “forever” for an answer, but it was nice to communicate with Adam and his team on a more personal level; through text and phone conversations. Adam mentioned early in our process of underpromising and over delivering. Of course with an unconventional, or even a conventional loan, there is going to be hiccups. We hit a few of those snags and Adam was forthcoming about them. In the end, we were able to close a few days earlier than we were originally told, and had to bring less cash to close. Excellent way to end our process with Adam & team.
Adam was phenomenal, he helped me every step of the way to getting my first house. He helped us to close early too! I would recommend him to everyone!!!
