Mike Fittante is amazing! As first time buyers, we were pretty clueless about the entire process. Mike took the time to explain everything in a way we understood. Helped in retrieving all the documents and how to send them. Mike even went out of his way to call a contractor for a minor repair when we were unable to find one within a quick timeframe.
