Josh was great to work with. He responded to any questions or concerns we had very quickly. Whether it was a phone call, e-mail, zoom meeting or meet in person, Josh was there for us. Josh and his team made the process much easier than I ever expected. I would recommend them to anyone.

Josh was willing to answer our million questions we had as first time home buyers. We had originally had a different lender when we start that was not working with us. We contacted Josh after we had already had an accepted offer on a place. He was very quick on getting all the new paperwork for loan done so we didnt miss a step on closing. He was also incredibly understanding with us as we bought a house while living across the country. Overall Josh was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone buying a house.

The whole thing, I used a different mortgage company last year and they were just unpleasant compared to fairway Everyone was very polite and explained everything to me as we went here at fairway
