We saw Rena Engle and she told us we could get a loan for $125k. We ended up seeing another loan company Apex Loans and and they got us a loan for $250k and 2.4 interest! Avoid this company at all cost! They did this to my father in law also he was given a low loan for his house. Plus to be honest this lady just didn't really wanna help us and for our first home Im glad we went with a friendlier person who was excited for us!
