Jaclyn the loan officer is inept and the vice pres, Cathty, isn't much better. Cathy will avoid her vm and not return calls. I tried to get my money for appraisal back, once appraiser was unable to complete work..I think bc he was too big to get into my crawlspace...They kept a percentage and tried to explain rationale. I wud avoid this company if possible. I plan to use another company.
I had the opportunity to work with Amber Dean on the purchase of my first home. She and her team made the process easy and stress free!
