My loan officer Dwinnie told me l would be getting certain credit cards paid off so to put my $500 appraisal on one of them. Then I get all my stuff and it's not paid off. so now instead of a $175 balance I have a $700 balance I have to pay off. Find another loan company. Not this scam

I really wish I would have read the reviews on this company before I invested my time with them. Like other reviews stated 0 stars was not an option Horribly unprofessional. Complete waste of time. People within the company during the process acted like they never even read notes on the loan at all. So it was like starting over every time I spoke with someone. We have purchased and sold literally dozens of properties. So you lose Loan Depot. There are hundreds of reputable lenders out there. You just aren’t one of them. Please stay away!! Take my word for it. You’ll thank me later.
Poor they lie and ran 2 credit reports same day they not good rep said they were on nys exchange worth billions well I checked stock one yr ago was in the 20s now a 3.80 stock run run run I called to get one credit check taken off report they never did squat so as I say run run run fact s

I have had a horrible experience with Amanda Coil, Jordan Brown who are representing Loan Depot in my Refinance. Not only did they waste my time but I feel they was very deceptive. The whole organization was unprofessional as if they did not know what they was doing! Dr. Antonio Smith
