Jeremy did an amazing job with my loan. I was in the process of buying my house, but the lender I was using before Jeremy was telling me the only way I could get in the house was with a 8.375 mortgage rate and $28,000 closing costs on a $550,000 home even though I had great credit. Needless to say, my realtor recommended I change lenders to Jeremy and within a day, he found a way to get me an interest rate in the 5's and closing costs around $7,000.
