"We can't give you change because you don't have an account here. We have to have money to give our clients" lol y'all are a bank..... you can't afford to exchange me $130 in 5s and 1s? I know it's probably their policy and I'm partially in the wrong. It's just annoying I've been doing this for a year getting small change for work. It just makes my life easier. I was even considering opening up a personal account because they were so helpful and kind to me. That changed today. There's a lady that works front counter there. I don't know her name and position but she acted like a real Karen. (She even has a Karen haircut...) it was clear she was training someone and she was even taking a tone with the new hire. This place is going down hill.... at my work I've even been hearing bad things from my customers as well. I've always stuck up for y'all. That changes today. Word of advice: Don't put a bad taste in the locals mouth. Word of mouth travels fast.
Worst bank I’ve ever had an account at
Truistt Bank has the best costumer service, products and services for all banking needs. Financial Checking Savings and MMA are available for all banking clients. Credit Central is the best starter loan, credit repair, and loan company around today. The Truistt Bank has better management, bankers, tellers, advisors and online ,mobile,banking services, products and support than Sun Trust . Sun Trust had Joey Bishop (unqualified Banking manager ) Mr Bishop had no Banking experience, No CDR FOIA or creditable license to operate, manage or oversee any employees. Bank of Thermopolis was a SunTrust (small bank) operated over 8 months without any bank manager. Shoeshony Rd Thermopolis Wyoming. Mr Bishop told me himself he had no Banking experience at all. After carefully reviews and huge monotary loss I suffered as a result , I will say Mr Bishop doesn't need to manage lunch room money. I also think the loss of assets should be invoiced to Mr Bishop and his assets froze with an audit of the multiple violations executed for ethics compliance and regulations not followed. Truistt Bank is the best option out there to restore banking ethics compliance and regulations to clients. Helpful and so polite refreshing to have customer service vs computer service. I recommend all individuals business owners and merchants give this bank a chance to restore your faith
Please ... give me SunTrust back. Nothing but trouble since Truist took over. My direct deposit didn't show up in time, I was charged a double payment on a bill, maintenance fees on everything. I called customer service and was told a decision was made above my pay level then they hung up on me. Very unprofessional and rude behavior on the phone. Very impersonal to customers.
Worst bank I’ve dealt with! Get an account an can’t use it or cash no checks! What’s the point in even having an account! They come up with any an every excuse! Save the time an hassle an go bank somewhere else! Idiots they are an very unprofessional an rude!
This was the bank I chose after having the same bank for 11 years but wanted something local. They blocked my account because it wasn't used right away. I went inside to have my check deposited and they said they unblocked the account but couldn't deposit the check because it was over $1000. The people inside were not helpful or kind. I will make sure everyone I know knows that Truist bank is one of the worst banks out there. My husband called to try to get clarification on everything and he was hung up on twice and met with rudeness and nastiness both times. When he called back a third time and asked about opening am account the person he talked to had no answers to his questions. Incompetent workers, and an awful place to hold my money. I went to chase in Greenville and they were amazing. I explained the situation to them about Truist and the banker told me they have had a ton of truist customers coming because of consistent issues. I am so glad I got to see the true colors of this bank account before I started direct depositing my checks every 2 weeks!
Worst customer service. I don't think we've met an institution with such inadequacy. They say the customer is always right, well I'm a firm believer the customer CAN be wrong and in our case, we were wrong seeing how we had some complications with a new account. But, when it came to rectifing our conundrums, we were met distastefully and often accused of being argumentive. Training across the board lacks in consistency which causes problems for new and older customers in my opinion. We delt with this. The account opening process isn't a breeze and the promotions sent out are complicated to fullfil, which was a big selling point for Truist. Unfortunately, we can not recommend this establishment and we were hopeful and trusting to see it rise but now we are very disappointed.
Worst customer service ever.....Far too many branches to deal with people who have no regard for customer satisfaction!!
