Wish I could give zero. Their agent lied to me to get me to hurry up and sign the papers and ship them so that I couldn't attend the closing while I was out of town. This is after he allowed the closing attorney to run me around town getting papers notarized with NO instructions. After I sent the papers, Josh Brockwell blocked my number and stopped responding.
