Mrs. Cathy and her team are truly amazing. I have been trying to buy a house for a few years now. Due to horrible describe from my past that horribly affected my credit I was unable to purchase a home. I have been turned down and deboned by many companies. My wife found Mrs. Cathy the va lady on Craigslist of all places. So I figured we would give it a shot the worst that could happen is they turn us down. Our credit was horrible and we didn’t think there was any hope we contacted the va lady and she made a way. We did everything that she told us to do, we got pre approved for way more than we ever thought we would. She helped us look at several homes and we finally found one and Closed on our first forever home. She literally treats you like family. We are so grateful for Mrs. Cathy and all that she has done for our family.
