Rebecca is not even my lender, but after ongoing issues with getting my questions answered by my mortgage lender, I reached out to her. Not only did she respond quickly, she took the time to go through each of my questions and provided a very detailed response to them. She also provided additional resources for me. As a first time home buyer, Rebecca really helped me throughout the whole process! Without her, I don’t know what I would’ve done. From the start, when I was searching for my home, she would send me breakdown sheets so I had an idea of what the monthly payment and cash to close would be. That was extremely helpful! Rebecca was absolutely phenomenal. Going into this experience, my husband and I were on the fence about starting the homebuying process due to the crazy market that we’re currently in. With that being said, we were especially careful about picking the perfect mortgage company and lender to ensure we knew ALL of our options to make the best informed decisions. We knew about Rebecca from her TikTok videos. She became a great source of knowledge prior to us getting started. It was a no-brainer to reach out to her as a mortgage lender. The one thing that we appreciated the most is that she was straight forward and transparent about each step and our current situation. She was timely and communicated very clearly. Once we went under contract, we worked with a loan processor, however Rebecca was still involved every step of the way. Before closing, she reached out for us to schedule a call to review and ensure we were comfortable with all of the numbers and ready to sign on closing day. This was a very seamless process. I encourage all of you to at minimum check out her social media videos if you’re considering starting the process AND schedule a quick call just to get some information. I promise you won’t regret having her work with you!
