I had the pleasure of working with Taylor & Taylor (T2). As someone who recently left the mortgage industry, I can say with confidence this is as top tier as it gets in this business. These ladies got us to close on two homes way before the 30 day standard on both. They are always available, quick and professional with their communication, process paperwork nearly immediately, and I never doubted for a second they were ensuring I was getting the best deal. On both homes they pushed for us to not only close early for our connivence, but to minimize pre-paid items. This is as good as it gets. I would give them 6/5 stars if I could, because of how hard they work. If they are an option for your home mortgage needs, then they are the best option available.
