We experienced an unrelated setback that delayed our closing by almost twenty days, which at the time was awful for us because we really needed to be out of our rental as soon as possible. Nicole, upon hearing this, went to work immediately to make changes necessary to get us back to our original close date. FURTHER, she communicated with us the entire time and made sure that we knew what was needed and when.
