I’m a disabled veteran who has credit issues and was declined by other companies for a home loan, until I found this wonderful team. They both walked me through the process step by step easing my anxiety, and Encouraging me every step of they way.When it was time to discuss the finance part Cathy broke it down to every detail, allowing me to fully understand the process. Renata was an excellent at showing me every home that I wish to look at, even showing me details of homes to look out for that could hinder the process of using the VA home loan. When I finally found the home I wanted to purchase, Renata had the contract typed up the same day and sent to the sellers. Both Cathy and Renata walked me through the next process of getting an inspection, appraisal and everything else that was needed to be done. The level of detail that this team put into making a home buying process for vets is second to none, they are highly recommended to any veteran who wants a place to call home.
