I could not have dreamed up a more hassle-free and pleasant experience than that which Erik and his team provided. My wife and I purchased our new home directly from the former owner and did not utilize a real estate agency for our purchase. Erik was helpful and informative and at no time made me feel ignorant for asking questions along the way. He was quick and responsive any time we needed more info or an explanation with regard to steps in the process. Erik was amazing through the whole process. Anytime I had a question he had the answer plus some. This was my first home and Erik walked me through each step so that I fully understood what was going on the whole time. I wouldn't use anyone else.
