Cal is the most amazing realtor! He is very knowledgeable in all areas of real estate and even lenders. I have used Cal to buy and sell my house. He was very patient and helpful with me. Cal is a great real estate agent/broker. I have used him personally as my agent, he is great to deal with and always on top of things. He works hard for his clients be it buyers or sellers and always maximizes the outcome. Cal is a good man and has a great moral compass, those are two qualities that are hard to find in today's real estate market. I will not hesitate to use him again should the need arise.
