i dont know what to say about this company. i applied for a va construction loan. the person who ran my credit, nikki torres of fayetteville nc was telling me things like what my score had to be. and that she could get my preapproved etc. everything looked good. then i communicated with her via text and email and phone. she stated my scores were too low for a construction loan. why not tell me this before running my credit? and then through email she said she could find out the best option for me after this. i have not heard from her since and this was back in mid january sometime. i try calling her but i get no answer. these mortgage lenders today are so horrible. do not waste your time with this company
