Walt was very responsive and willing to answer every single question we had. Even when it was late at night he would respond to emails or texts. He insisted we come in to his office to make sure we knew everything about the mortgage process. Which meant staying after normal working hours. He went above and beyond to make sure he could make this a positive experience. Even though we closed a month ago he has still answered any follow up questions we have had. We truly couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through the process.
