Patty is the best! My husband and I needed to finance a car that was used as collateral in a loan of his recently deceased mothers name. We went in and talked to Patty and told her the situation and how important it was to get the car out of his mothers name and financed into his name. When I called the next morning to inquire about the loan Patty tod us to be there by 4:30 that afternoon to sign the paperwork! She did it all in less than 24 hours! She is very thorough and on top of everything! The other employees at Mariner are very friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in the door! I have never had an experience with any other finance company like I did with Mariner. The entire situation was a mess and hard for my husband to deal with, but Patty was very understanding and took the burden off of our shoulders and made this whole process of switching things into his name so much easier and for that I am very grateful.
