Great staff, always quick and friendly
Love my bank. Only one problem! They hold my SS even when they have it a week ahead! Why? My old bank released before weekend so my bills are not late!
My husband and I have been members since the 1990’s and he recently passed away. When FT found out they put a freeze on the bank account and disabled it from the website because there was a balance due to them on a Visa card. Be warned that if you owe them money and your spouse passes, they will hold what you have. The ‘family’ in FT sadly no longer applies.
