Me and my wife Let them run our credit I believe back in June possibly? Was told our credit looked good just needed to work on getting 5-10 more points up. It is now September and we’ve not heard from them at all. They have not checked on us. Contacted us in ANY way. For a company who is big on helping people get where they need to be to buy a home especially first time home buyers you’d think they’d be more compassionate and caring. We were just another couple I’m assuming. Buying a home is already very frustrating. We will look elsewhere.

Specifically, Ben Ingle, Diane Phillips, Brooke Chapman and I am sure a whole team that we were never in specific contact with assisted in ensuring our paperwork was complete in the manner to get the loan approval and keep it active and moving along. The biggest thing was the communication by this team. They were in contact with us via phone, text and email as necessary. And were willing to talk to us and explain why things were being done a certain way. In another words they answered all the questions we had; even the ones that they may had considered silly and redundant. They also, crossed communicated with the realtors and law firm involved with this home purchase to ensure that everyone was kept informed of the status. That everything went smoothly. We appreciate their dedication in helping us get into our dream house with as few hiccups as possible. They made it truly pleasant experience, compared to some of the nightmare situations that we have heard about. We would recommend to anyone to use Cardinal Financial over other lenders.
