I won't say any names but I was told that I had been approved for the homeowners program. I attended the meetings and was working 1on1 with a specialist at the Carolina foothills to help with my credit. After so many meetings I stop hearing from the specialists. I would stop by the bank to get updates on my approval no one knew what I was talking about and the specialist was never there. I did that for about a year. Until God lead me down another path with buying a house. I'm a single parent I just wanted a house and yard for my son to play. That was 2019/2020 since then I've bought two houses on my own. Im with a great mortgage company who takes care of there clients. I would not recommend anyone to this bank to buy a house or to help with your credit. Please seek professionals who really know what their doing. God blessed

Best banking experience I’ve ever had!! Bank mgr. was/is a wonderful person as well as being very knowledgeable about her work!! Very easy to work with, listening to our needs and concerns, and offering ideas to meet our needs. Only bank person I’ll talk to!!
