Eilene was awesome to work with. She must have thought she was on call 24/7. Our purchase involved a 1031 exchange from an out of town sale. This added a few more hurdles to the sale . But Eilene did a great job helping the exchange go smoothly. This included sending us updated docs at 9:30 at night! We continue to use Eilene as we have more to do!
