This was the most difficult experience my husband and I ever had to go through. We had tax issues, not a lot of money in the bank , so so credit scores, but Cathy made it happen ! She went way above and beyond what a regular mortgage company would do. She is smart and will not give up until she gets the job done. She worked day and night for us. She called Irs several times and hung on for hours and did 3 way calls, she helped every step of the way! There were many times we thought there’s no way this is happening for us but after about 1 1/2months, we are in our new home and couldn’t be happier! I would recommend Cathy and her staff without hesitation 100%!

Mrs. Cathy and her team are truly amazing. I have been trying to buy a house for a few years now. Due to horrible describe from my past that horribly affected my credit I was unable to purchase a home. I have been turned down and deboned by many companies. My wife found Mrs. Cathy the va lady on Craigslist of all places. So I figured we would give it a shot the worst that could happen is they turn us down. Our credit was horrible and we didn’t think there was any hope we contacted the va lady and she made a way. We did everything that she told us to do, we got pre approved for way more than we ever thought we would. Going with the VA lady is a decision you will not regret. Cathy and her team went above and beyond expectations. I originally found her on Craigslist in January of 2020, I thought to myself it was too good to be true. Like many skeptical’s I convinced myself that it was a scam, not doing my research. But later in 2020 after being denied by multiple lenders due to poorly made decisions that affected my husband and his credit greatly. I got back on Craigslist trying to find a new affordable place to rent, because who wants to pay 1400 for a two bedroom house. Then, an ad popped up on the VA Lady and I was like what the hay we will give it a shot. We called and spoke with Cathy and she gave us so much hope she was truly heaven sent and made us feel like we wasn’t a lost cause. She gave us hope, she helped us with the entire process from start to finish. We looked at so many homes and she would always give us her honest opinion on what was in our best interest. We got approved for way more than we ever expected would be possible. Just by doing a few small inexpensive things we bumped our credit score well over a hundred points in a short time. We closed on our brand new beautiful home in February we had no closing cost at all in fact the company we bought our home from gave us money back, with an interest rate that was out of this world. We now are homeowners to a beautiful brand new home build in 2021 two story four bedroom house with a basement for WAY less than what we was paying for a run down 2 bedroom house. All I am saying is take that leap of faith. Mrs. Cathy literally treated us as if we was family, we still remain in contact even after we have closed. They never told my fiance that the inital appointment was a phone interview so we drove and hour and a half for nothing. Also the website states they are licensed in Ga. Apparently that is not the case for the mortgage brokers. Made the appointment weeks before they wait till the day of to tell us sorry we can't help you here is the number of someone who can. Unacceptable.
