I can't speak highly enough of Trent, Jake and the support crew at Lima One. For a non-techie like myself, the learning curve was steep but now eight loans in (with multiple construction draws) the system is working as smooth as silk. They've got the app dialed in for all the needed info or draw requests. Of course, nothing is ever perfect, but the two times I had problems, the team jumped on it and created solutions immediately. Trent and his crew have customer service nailed down tight. Thanks to them, my transactions close on time every time.
