I have found that Lima One is amazing and seamless to work with for this experienced flipper! The draw process (one of the keys to the lifeblood of our business) is extremely stress free, as they don't require you getting bogged down with a lot of paperwork! That's amazing by itself, as we already deal with over worked contractors, and scarcity of materials. Makes our project management a little easier to handle! Nate Morse, my sales consultant, is just a decent, kind person, and is so very patient with my questions! Nate goes over and beyond with customer service! I have also found the construction/draws teams (shout-out to Jake Pettit, as well as D Gibson, and G Boyd) to be a great support team for me personally!
