Carmen is the BEST person to work with on any home loan! She actually helped me build up my credit rating by leading me in the right direction to do it. My credit rating shot up from no score to 'GOOD' in 3 months! She is VERY friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the whole mortgage loan process, and if I had to do it all again, I would choose her again HANDS DOWN! Between Carmen and my real estate agent, I was able to find the home of my dreams! She is always there for me when I have questions, and I thank God for her help!
