Kathleen and Erika were so responsive and explained the process thoroughly to me (a first time home-buyer). They worked quickly and got me a MUCH better rate than I had been quoted. At no point did they try to increase the rate and they were very transparent about their process. I would highly recommend them! Thank you Kathleen & Erika!
