Jessica and the Fairway team assisted us with a very last-minute mortgage due to our sellers needing to close quickly to acquire their new home. We had not planned to use Fairway, and, in fact, had already been approved by another bank. But, Jessica took the time to speak with me in detail ON A SUNDAY NIGHT about Fairway and their processes, and I immediately felt comfortable re-applying with them. We went through the simple application process online, uploaded all of the requested documentation, and closed in 2 weeks! We got the home we wanted in a very competitive market, and our sellers were able to close on their new dream home, as well. Fairway's staff communicated with us, kept us abreast of what was going on, and was always available to answer any questions. It was quite possibly one of the easiest home purchases we have ever done.
