We have been working with John Atkins for almost 20 years. He is always available, responds quickly and works with new homebuyers in whatever part of the homebuying process they are at. He knows FHA financing inside and out and can find an alternate plan if plan A falls through. A good lender is worth it all when a deal starts falling apart. John can make it happen!

It is not often I find someone as competent and willing to go the extra mile to help customers. I have purchased many homes over the past 25 years and John has been my go to lender for each of them. I am in the business of providing great customer service therfore I demand the same and John has never let me down. I give John a 10 plus star rating. (BTW, I am not the easiest customer to work with at times)
