We were looking to purchase a home in Anderson, SC. Our daughter had previously purchased a home in Greenville, SC. She highly recommended June Proctor at Fairway Mortgage South. We could not have asked for a better person to guide us through this extremely daunting process. She is amazing. She was very informative and kept us updated as we went through the process. She was available night and day. It was almost like having a family member working for us. We would highly recommend her and the company.

I really appreciate the level of communication and transparency that Melissa provided during my home buying process. In a process that can become overwhelming, she was always available to help me along the way. As for transparency, she is upfront in letting you know if she doesn't know an answer to a question. She reached out to her upper level for those questions and responded promptly with answers. Thanks again Melissa!
