We had the most exceptional experience working with Joey Jones. The entire process was so well outlined and the team was always attentive in answering our questions. The customer service was next level. When we were in town for our house inspection, we didn't have a car accessible and weren't able to procure a rideshare. Instead of switching the meeting to Zoom/phone, Joey drove to pick up my husband so they could still review the materials and process in the office. He also sent me the sweetest birthday video! We couldn't be more thrilled with our experience, and we unequivocally and happily recommend the Joey Jones team.

Joey Jones and his team are one of a kind! They are so amazing to work with. Joey and his team made us feel like I was their only customers, they were so quick to respond and always willing to help!!! They went above and beyond!! We found our forever home but if we ever needed to buy again I know exactly where I’m going! I will be recommending them to everyone I hear is wanting to buy a house!

Working with Joey Jones Mortgage team was the best decision I made starting my home buying process. I am a first time home buyer and I went in nervous not knowing what to except and Joey team helped a lot with that. They have a lot of knowledge to help out with any situation you have financially and they will not give up on you and they will try their hardest to make sure you can get inside your dream home.
