I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Two staffers as i entered their office. To top that , one of the persons greeting me Victoria, also served as my loan officer. she was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and answered all questions I ask with no hesitations, explained during the application process as well as an overall recap at application’s completion. It was an awesome experience. Hats off to Ms Victoria and her manger Job well done!! L
