Jocelyn and Alice was very helpful. They got the title done very efficient and quickly. Update the review went very good everything was handled in a week time and I got all the info I needed for the car

I would leave zero star rating, Since there is no option this will have to suffice. "Supervisor" hung up on me multiple times. She said she released the title afterr 12 days after stating that there was a mandatory 5-7 day hold to release the title. Called back and a man answered the phone and said he (supervisor) would call back but she stated she was the supervisor. Someone evidently had lied. Would never do business again.

Ms. Alice was great at title max in Sumter. When manning kept telling me there system was down and locking their doors . She told me to come and we would get everything I needed taken care of and she did !
