Today we closed on our first home. It was a stressful process, however, our realtor Kortney was so amazing, honest and reassuring. She advocated for us when things were rough with the lending company. Kortney made sure things were right and in place every step of the way. 20/10 recommend her and we will definitely be using her for any future real estate investments.

We bought and sold with Alison Irish a few years ago and she had the patience of a saint. She staged our home beautifully and we got an offer within 24 hours. Then she went on a rollercoaster ride with us to find us a new home. She dealt with my severe anxiety of home buying very well. I felt so bad because I know we really put her through the grind, but we couldn't have gone through it with a better realtor. She hung on the entire time and didn't miss a beat. We also sold an investment property with her and that went smoothly as well. Then, again, we put in an offer on a home in Summerville around the crazy market of 2021 and lost out to a higher bidder. But she really went way out of her way to ask neighbors questions, take video of the home (because we were out of town buyers at the time), and find out everything she could about the place. Alison is an incredibly sweet, genuine person and I don't think you could be in better hands when it comes to buying or selling a home. I highly recommend her. We've dealt with several other realtors over the years and I consider her one of the best.

By far one of the worst real estate companies I have ever worked with, more specific just the realtor herself. If you use this company, DO NOT use Alison Irish, she hires drug addicts to do very shotty work to your house for things she thinks needs to be done in order for the house to sell. I lost nearly 2 grand because of this woman. Example: She stated the carpet needed to be stretched in some rooms, says she knows someone that does great work. He gets there and talks about doing cocaine the entire time he’s there, gets the job done, leaves, and the carpet starts pulling up in certain spots from his work. He states “ I guarantee all my work” until we call him only for him to say he’s not fixing his mess up. This is just one example, stay away from her, you have been warned.

Terrible customer service. You’re clearly a number at Carolina One. So eager to get your business until your loan prospects don’t look so great and then you’re ghosted. Not a company I would do business with.
