I called Randy after finding him on google for a second opinion and he was extremely knowledgeable and understood my situation exactly. He is the type that is very thorough and doesn't leave you guessing or wondering what to do. I like that he keeps an eye on rates and offers a float down. Many lenders sleep through this and you would never know you could have had a better rate, and worse if you have to chase your lender to keep tabs on rates which you shouldn't have to do. Randy was like that Uncle you could trust and turn to for advice. I look forward to refinancing and he will be the guy!

We refinanced with Randy in 2020 and returned to him when we moved and needed a new mortgage in 2023. Highly recommend!

Randy was incredible to work with. We were referred by friends that had previously worked with Randy when they were buying their first home. We were also buying our first home and he was very helpful during the process. Going beyond the standard services, Randy would explain to us the different parts of the loan process and helped the entire process run smoothly. We were also buying a home in 2022 when supply was low and cash offers were coming in right and left. We placed 5 offers over 6 months before we had our 6th offer accepted. So he had to work exponentially more than average and was always happy to help and encouraging during the waiting. Hopefully you’re still working when we move in 15 years. We absolutely recommend working with Randy if you’re buying your first home, second home, … 10th home. Pretty much we just recommend working with Randy to anyone. Such a great experience!
