Emanuela did an amazing job in walking me through the homeIQ system. This is the perfect way to stay in touch with past clients. The home equity report is very impressive, not to mentioned pre-mover score, seeing which of my clients are likely to sell. HomeIQ not only will allow for me to stay in touch, but also helps generate new business.

Just started out with them and from what I see, this could be a very good way to being value not only to my clients, but to my realtor partners as well. I launched this to my database 3 days ago and already have had 3 people reach out to keep for various things. One wants to look at a cash out, the other wants to look at a 15 gear deal, and one other looking for a CMA...which I referred back to the agent that helped him with the home. Pretty cool stuff!
