Great rates and quick turnaround!! Derek and his office made buying a new home easier than I’ve ever experienced. I work in the real estate industry so I expected a tough mortgage process since I’m relocating from the north east and have a commission based position, but Derek set proper expectations and made buying a home a breeze. If you’re looking to buy a home in the upstate Derek is your best bet!

Derek got us an INCREDIBLE rate, was extremely responsive through text, phone calls, prompt emails, etc. He let us know exactly what to expect, and everything that was needed from us to make the process as simple as possible. Derek is the bomb (this is a good thing haha).
