Ben and his team are absolutely the best! They made the whole lending process quick, easy and painless. Ben was very thorough, did a great job at keeping us up to date and made sure that all our questions were answered. He really went the extra mile and we felt comfortable every step of the way. Ben was great to work with. He was always very friendly, patient and helpful throughout the process of buying our first home. Ben and his team did an outstanding job to support us 24/7 during the whole process. We also applied with BoA but their process was really burocratic and unbelievable slow/intransparent/unflexibel. Same with Truist but they were not reachable and slow. Ben and his team was completely the opposite. They were flexible, find ways to solve open questions and assist feedback even during late hours. At the end everything worked out perfectly. Thank you again
